Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was the biggest setback for the company as they have to recall all the devices from the market. They have asked all the customers to return their note 7 units and get their money back. Definitely a sad story for the leading smartphone manufacturer.

Now the company is putting apology advertisement in the newspapers for all the accidents happened with the surety that the team will be working on to fix the issue.

The full-page ads in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Washington Post admitted the company "fell short" on its promise of delivering "breakthrough technologies that enrich people's lives."

"For this, we are truly sorry," the company said." We will re-examine every aspect of the device, including hardware, software, manufacturing and the overall battery structure. We will move as quickly as possible, but will take the time needed to get the right answers."

"Safety remains our top priority," the company said.

The smartphone problem resulted in a 30 percent plunge in Samsung's third quarter profits and appeared to boost phone sales for rival Apple. Recently apple has reported to have gained 106 percent profit in the previous quarter.
