Ingredients:

1 big apple, peel and grated
1 tbsp ghee
2 cups of
Full Fat milk(500 ml)
2½ - 3 tbsp condensed Milk
1/4
tsp Cardamom Powder
2 tbsps chopped almonds

 

Method:

Heat a 1-tablespoon ghee in a small pan and insert the apple in it. Cook it continuously with a spoon until it becomes slightly dry. It will take approximately 7-8 minutes. Turn off the gas and let it cool down the room temperature. In another pan put milk and boil it on medium flame to boil. When the milk starts boiling, reduce the heat. As long as the milk is almost equal to its original quantity ¾ and it becomes slightly thicker, let it cook. It will take about 8-10 minutes.

To prevent the adhesive, keep stirring with a spoon at regular intervals between them. Insert 2½ tbsp of condensed milk. Medium flame and keep stirring continuously for 4-5 minutes. Check the milk for sugar and if necessary, add 1/2 tbsp of condensed milk or sugar (according to the taste) and mix the mixture well. Put chopped almonds and cardamom powder.

Mix well and cook for one minute. Turn off the gas. Remove the prepared milk (rabari) in a serving bowl and let it cool down the room temperature. When the mixture cools down, add the cooked apple. Mix well and keep it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Ready to serve cold apple kheer.
