Australian cricket is facing tough times and it is not so good period for captain Steve Smith as the team is playing really poor. In the opening match of Perth, visitors SA have defeated them taking full control of the match. Now the hosts are in pressure to avoid fifth consecutive loss in the test match. SA has already taken a lead 1-0 in 3 match test series. The second test match is scheduled to be started from Saturday in Hobart.

SA has created history by beating AUS in the opening match of the series after losing 3 straight matches against Sri Lanka. It was for the first time in 28 years Australia has lost the opening game of the series playing at the home ground.

"I would say every spot is under pressure," Australian coach Darren Lehmann admitted, with Smith adding: "Every aspect of our game needs improvement." "All bowlers are going to be pretty sore and tight. We'll just have to see how they pull up and make a call from there. They (South Africa) will have the same issues," Lehmann said.

Rabada was the hero of the first game in absence of Dale Steyn who has to move out because of the injury. SA captain praised the youngster for his match-winning performance."I am incredibly proud of him and I have a lot of respect for anyone who puts their hands up and does the hard yards," Proteas captain Faf du Plessis said of Rabada's staunch 31-over effort in Australia's second innings.
