Ingredients for Sprouted Grains Salad:

Red gram - 100 gm (half cup)
White gram - 100 gm (one cup)
Loabi - 100
gm (half cup)
Moong - 50 grams (
one quarter cup)
Ghee or butter - a little spoon
Grains of roasted peanuts - 50 grams (
one quarter cup)
Cucumber - 1
Tomatoes - 1
Lemon - a little spoon
Black Pepper -
One fourth spoon
Salt - according to the taste (half teaspoon
 Green - coriander (finely chopped) if you want

Method:

Put the seeds of sprouted gram and lobia in the cooker, put a small bowl of water, salt and ghee and mix it and keep it for boiling. Turn the flame on the and whistle in the cooker and lift the whistle of the cooker with the spoon and remove half the pressure, so that the grain is not too hot. When the pressure is over, open the cooker.

Take out the granules in a bowl. If these granules have water then take them out in a separate cup and you can use them like soup. Peanut grains, black pepper, lemon, cut the tomatoes, decorate the salad in the plate. The Salad is ready. You can also eat this salad in the morning breakfast and eat as food (lunch or dinner).
