New Delhi [India], Oct 26: The Delhi High Court on Thursday will continue hearing in connection with the mystifying death of Congress leader Shashi Tharoor's wife Sunanda Pushkar, at a Leela hotel’s suite in Delhi.

The impediment in the inquiry was due to the delay in de-sealing of the hotel suite.

The hotel suite was at last de-sealed on October 16, three years after the death-room was sealed for inquiry.

The Delhi Police, which was conferred with the responsibility of de-sealing the suite, has on some reasons that come under the fire of judiciary, for postponement the task.

On October 10, Delhi Police was approved six days to obey with court's earlier order to de-seal Hotel Leela's suite no. 345, as the police  gave reasons that it looked-for results from the forensic laboratories.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy, earlier this year, on July 6 had filed a PIL in the Delhi High Court in quest of a court-monitored probe into the mysterious death of Sunanda Pushkar.

Swamy has now insisted to make the Enforcement Directorate (ED) a party in the death-case and the matter has also to be probed under the PMLA.

Sunanda Pushkar, the wife of Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, was found dead at a five star Leela hotel’s suite in South Delhi on the night of January 17, 2014.
