In the Babri Masjid demolition case including the BJP leaders, the Supreme Court has allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) appeal challenging withdrawal of conspiracy charges against them.

The court had said that the trial should be completed and day-to-day hearing would take place in court. Advani and M.M. Joshi have to face criminal conspiracy charges in the matter while Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh has been given a relief.

In the matter, Uma Bharti the Union Water Resources and River Development Minister will also have to face the criminal conspiracy charges.
