The former Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) chief N. Srinivasan and Niranjan Shah have been restrained by the Supreme Court yesterday from attending the Special General Meeting (SGM), scheduled to be held on July 26, as a nominee of the state association.
The BCCI's SGM will only be attended by office bearers of state cricket associations directed the bench which was headed by the Justice Dipak Misra.
Srinivasan and Shah submitted their replies to the notice that was issued to them by the Supreme Court for attending the BCCI SGM on June 26 despite being barred by the apex court.
