The plea filed by the Central Board of Investigation (CBI) against quashing of one of the FIRs against Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and others related to the Chaibasa Fodder Scam case will be continued heard by the Supreme court.
In the scam case, the court earlier had heard the plea of RJD chief challenging his jail sentence. In this scam, there is a theft of worth billion amount from the treasury of Bihar Government.
The CBI in one of the fodder case had filed a plea in the court against the dropping of a conspiracy charge against Yadav by the Jharkhand High Court
