In the triple talaq matter the Supreme Court today will continue the hearing. Yesterday the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) counsel Kapil Sibal had said that the apex court should not decide or interfere in one's faith and belief.
One of the judges of the bench Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman asked if they should not hear the matter at all and to this Sibal said "Yes, you should not hear,"
"Triple talaq is going on since 1400 years, how can you say it is unconstitutional?" earlier he had asked this to the apex court.
