Ingredients:

one bowl porridge(daliya), 2 large spoon ghee, jaggery, finely chopped pistachios, finely chopped almonds

Method of preparation:

Heat ghee in a pan and heat it well, after that pour the daliya in the ghee and fry well. The color of the daliya will start changing in a while. When the porridge completely rinses, add water to it and stir well.

Now add jaggery, pistachios and almonds and put them on a light flame and cover them. Soon your sheera will be ready.
