Ingredients:
185g butter
185g dark chocolate
85g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
3 large egg
275g caster sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Tea leaves
1/3 cup water
Vanilla Ice Cream
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Brew the tea and add cardamom powder.
3. Melt the butter and chocolate together.
4. Whist the eggs and sugar till pale yellow.
5. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs and mix.
6. Add tea and mix
7. Fold in the flour and cocoa powder.
8. Pour mixture into lined baking tin and bake for 30-35 mins.
