Today we will tell you the recipe to make Rabdi Faluda. It is also very easy to make and at the same time, it is also good for health.
Material Faluda:
300 ml water, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 80 grams of Corn Flour Rabdi: 500 ml milk, 130 grams of grated paneer, 350 ml condensed milk, 1/4 t spoon green cardamom powder, 1 tsp ghee, ice, daily syrup, pistachios (to decorate), almonds (to decorate)
Method:
1- Take 300 ml of water in one jar and mix 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 80 grams of Corn Flour.
2- Put this mixture in a heavy bottom pan and continuously mix it well. The mixture will start to thicken.
3- Once the mixture becomes transparent, glossy and thick, put the hot mixture in the Sev maker after turning off the heat. Keep in mind that the Sev maker mould should be of small holes.
4- Now with the help of Sev Maker, make the thin noodles of the corn flour mixture in cold ice water.
5- Then put them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Rabdi:
1- Take a deep frying pan and add 500 ml milk, 130 grams of grated cottage cheese, 350 ml condensed milk, 1/4 t spoon green cardamom powder and 1 tsp ghee and cook it in a continuous stir.
2-Boil the milk till it thickens and leave it half. Now take it off from the gas and cool it down. Rub the top of the rubbish.
3- Garnish it with cut pistachios and almonds.
