Uber CEO Travis Kalanick clowned that he would take Indian citizenship if important. As indicated by a report, in a fireside visit with Amitabh Kant, CEO of Niti Aayog, Kalanick said: "I will apply for Indian citizenship on the off chance that it this gets over the top."

The remark was a reaction to Bhavish Aggarwal needing a level playing field for Indian new companies.
