Exercising is essential for the body. Recently a research reveals that you will feel fresh inside by using 10-minute stairs daily. It gives 50 mg of caffeine or equivalent energy.

According to the research, there is not much difference between the caffeine and climbing the stairs. This is revealed in the research by the University of Georgia, USA that they feel more energetic and nimble with exercise, but 50 mg caffeine has not shown much effect on them.

The purpose of this research is to remove the problem that arises in the office environment.
