The session of Uttar Pradesh Assembly is going to get concluded today which was scheduled to end on May 22. On Tuesday the Uttar Pradesh Assembly passed the Goods and Services (GST), Bill.

On Monday the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath tabled the bill in the house. The amendments demanded by the opposition Samajwadi party were turned down and the bill was later on cleared by the house.

Though, the maiden session of the 17th Uttar Pradesh assembly witnessed a stormy start on Monday with the Opposition parties creating an uproar in the floor of the house.
