High blood pressure is a chronic problem that affects one adult among three. Although it can be controlled with medications but there are certain easy ways to keep your blood pressure normal.

As the causes of blood pressure can be many and can vary from genetics to stress. But whetever the cause, use these tricks and maintain your blood pressure at a moderate rate to prevent from other problems too that rise from high blood pressure.

1.Exercise
It is a must when it comes to high blood pressure. As the main cause of high blood pressure is fat and stress. Exercise will maintain your body fat, makes you healthy and thus preventing you from stress.
 
2. Yoghurt
Add yoghurt to your diet as it contains such enzymes that are helpful to the body. It helps in digestion and thus preventing you from constipation and it even lowers high blood pressure.
 
3. Drink tea instead of coffee
Taking tea and especially the green one is more beneficial. Green tea comes first and black tea the second option. Coffee contains large amount of caffeine that go directly into blood and disturbs the sleep pattern and thus increased restlessness.
 
4.Take deep breath
Breathing exercises can help you in maintaining blood pressure and can the best is that you can do these exercises any where, at home, at work place. Its just that take long deep breaths.
 
5. Less salt and less oily
Cholesterol is the main factor for most of the problems in the body. It increases blood pressure and thus increasing the risk of heart problems and more salt increases sodium in the body and can thus increase your weight.
 
6.Relax
The most important one, don't take stress and don't be angry soon as research has shown that the prople who become angry easily and who think a lot become stressful and thus becoming heart patient early in age and can create many health problems for themselves like depression, anxiety, heart problems, etc.
