In Gurdaspur at Balladwal village, a woman suffering from depression poisoned her two minor children before taking her life as per said by police.
The police as per the sources news said 'Balwinder Kaur's six-year-old daughter died in a private nursing home in Amritsar today while her son (8) is fighting for life in a hospital there'
Her husband was serving in the GRP and posted at Jalandhar. The reason behind her suicide could not be known immediately, police said.
