In Muzaffarnagar's Tawli village a 20-year-old woman was shot dead by her brother when she intervened in an argument between her mother and the sibling as per said by police.
The SHO of Shahpur police station, V P Singh as per the sources news said 'During the altercation, Tehsin pointed a pistol at her but his sister Abida came in the line of fire to protect their mother and got shot'
A case has been registered against Tehsin, who is absconding, the SHO said.
