New Delhi: Today, the top court will be going to hear the bail petition filed by the Self Style Godman Asaram Bapu.
On Friday, the notice was issued by the Supreme Court to the Centre and five other States following a plea that wanted CBI investigation into the slaughter and assault on ten spectators in Asaram Bapu rape cases.
An eyewitness filed the PIL against the Asaram Bapu and his son Narayan Sai, with claiming that he saw Godman’s son doing black magic on the dead body of a kid.
The Supreme Court said, “it is the high time, witnesses are being intimidated, they are being bullied. So, we must do something.”
