In Washington on Friday federal judge temporarily close the Donald Trump immigration order as this hold the entry of people from seven mostly Muslim nations into U.S.

The state has met its burden of demonstrating immediate and irreparable injury,” James Robart, U.S. District Judge, as per the sources news said. 

"The Constitution prevailed today," Bob Ferguson, Attorney General,  said in a statement. "No one is above the law — not  even the President."

The White House press secretary said, the administration will seek an emergency stay at the earliest possible time, and initially called the judge's action an "outrageous order." An updated statement issued a short time later dropped the term "outrageous."

It is the first time Washington state take a legal action on temporarily ban travel for people from Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Libya and Yemen and suspends the U.S. refugee programme.
