Uttar Pradesh: Under construction building collapsed on Wednesday at Jajmau area in Kanpur. As per the reports, death counts reached to the 6 and volunteers fear that 26 more people trapped under debris.
Statements given by labourers state that there were 50 workers present at the construction site, out of which 26 could be trapped under the debris.
Police charged FIR against Samajwadi party Leader Mahtab Alam and the contractor, Mahtab is the owner of the building. The reason behind the collapse of building is yet to be investigated.
