Indian female wrestler Sakshi Malik is now determined to make more champions like her. She has announced to open a wrestling nursery where all national level wrestlers will be trained.
Sakshi Malik was the lady to open the medal count for India in Rio Olympic 2016. Setting the inspiration for the country, Sakshi is getting praised all over the country and making the nation proud. She has won the bronze medal for the country in wrestling for the women.
She was here in Ambala to greet Diwali to the state sports minister Anil Vij. During the conversation, she has spoken positively about the minister saying that Vij has always been positive towards the sports and has provided all required facilities and arrangments to the players. He always encourages players for all sorts of training to make them better and emerging player for the country.
Referring to the martyrdom of Mandeep Singh, who was killed by terrorists in Macchil sector in Jammu and Kashmir yesterday, Vij said that the "Army should plan for some major operation to teach the lesson to Pakistan".
Asking about post-marriage plans to Sakshi, She has told that she could be continuing wrestling even after the marriage as well. This shows that the husband is also understanding the national value to the player and what she can contribute to the nation.
