1teaspoon minced garlic
1teaspoon thyme
1bay leaf
1teaspoon salt
1⁄2teaspoon pepper
4cups diced potatoes
1 1⁄2cups sliced carrot
2cups chopped chicken breasts (1in pieces)
Method to cook:
Step1: Heat oil in large pot, saute onions for 2 minutes.Add next 7 ingredients.
