Central Government sent orders in all the states to make the Aadhaar a compulsory document to issue a driving license from RTO. As per the reports, the step is taken to reduce the illegal driving license.

People are using multiple driving licenses and taking the law into their hands. Most of the people put multiple licenses to secure one for future. Most of the time people break traffic rule and police confiscate their license, so they have another for further riding.

Reports say that this rule will be implemented from October 2017. This solution is very effective, not only in one state but in other states also. A person won't be able to create the multiple licenses in any other state.
