As per the latest reports, Facebook's shareholders have appealed to remove the Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg from the board of directors. However, Facebook have shown excellent performance under the guidance of Zuckerberg.

These shareholders are the members of online consumer group SumOfUs from Watchdog. The petition filed by these shareholders may get rejected as, the majority of the shares are contributed by the Facebook CEO and his wife Priscilla Chan, about 99%.

Under the leadership of Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook has been reported to have a great profit. The profit which was of $1.56 billion last year have reached to $3.57 billion, just double.
