INDORE: Women died after falling into the well which was in inebriated condition in Gautampura, on Tuesday. Basanti(victim), 55 –year-old daily wage labourer come to find work in Indore, found floating in the well.

Villagers accused that she was consuming alcohol with the man near the well in the afternoon. Police have sent the body for the postmortem examination and investigations were started in the matter.

Police questioned 45 year old man about the case he said that he had consumed liquor with her and then he left for the work. He said that he had no clue what happened to her after he left.

Police claimed that,” there may be possibility that the women had more alcohol after man left. It may be possible that she ventured near the well and fell into it accidentally”.
