Moga: In Vadha Ghar village of the district, a 45-year-old man tried to rape a minor 3-year-old minor girl. Yesterday, Balvir singh kidnapped the girl while she was alone going to Aanganwadi centre.
For committing the crime, he took her into the fields but later on when her family members heard her voice they came to save her. However, the man escaped from the spot.
Police officer said Balvir has been booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and ffforts are on to nab him.
