New Pixel smartphones launched by google have defect in audio player. Company asserted the fault and said that it's due to hardware issue in smartphones. The first complain was reported in December, user named Mark Buckman had posted the complain.

Buckman shared the video about the defects of new smartphones by Google with the appropriate highlights of the dysfunctions of the smartphone.

Till this time, Google has not issued any official statement about what they will do to the users who are suffering problems with their smartphones. Many other complains were posted on official page related to the 'defect issue'.
