Uddhav Thackeray, the Shiv Sena chief today has announced for the Gujarat Assembly elections Hardik Patel will be the face of the party.
Later in this year, the state’s 182 constituencies will go for the elections. The 'Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti' (PAAS) led by Hardik Patel has been fighting for the reservation of Patel Community in the Other Backward Classes (OBC) quota.
Mr. Patel after completing the exile for six months returned back to Gujarat. The Shiv Sena has decided to end his alliance with Bharatiya Janata Party.
