Stand up straight to feel better
You want your head centered over your shoulders and your shoulders centered over your abdomen and pelvis. Having strong core muscles in your abdomen and lower back helps promote good posture and ultimately lessens the pressure on your knees.
Don’t carry objects that are too heavy
Use a step stool. Do not stand on chairs or other unsteady objects.
Don’t overdo it
If you experience knee pain when exercising, stop and cool down.
