Ingredients

  • Heavy whipping cream – 2 to 2.25 cups
  • Alphonso mangoes – 2 large
  • Vanilla powder – 1.5 teaspoon

OR

  • Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar – ½ cup

Method

  1. Peel the mangoes and chopped them into pieces
  2. In a bowl add the mangoes, vanilla powder or extract and sugar and blend to a smooth pulp.
  3. In another bowl, whipped the cream really well.
  4. Then add the mango pulp to the whip cream and fold and mix well.
  5. Pour in a container and cover and freeze
  6. Remove after 2 hours and whip again.
  7. Pour in container again and freeze till set completely.
  8. Scoop and serve.

Perfect combination of 'corn' and 'cheese' makes 'Corn Cheese Balls' worth a try !
