Ingredients
- Heavy whipping cream – 2 to 2.25 cups
- Alphonso mangoes – 2 large
- Vanilla powder – 1.5 teaspoon
OR
- Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon
- Sugar – ½ cup
Method
- Peel the mangoes and chopped them into pieces
- In a bowl add the mangoes, vanilla powder or extract and sugar and blend to a smooth pulp.
- In another bowl, whipped the cream really well.
- Then add the mango pulp to the whip cream and fold and mix well.
- Pour in a container and cover and freeze
- Remove after 2 hours and whip again.
- Pour in container again and freeze till set completely.
- Scoop and serve.
