Lucknow: Union Minister of Railways-Manoj Sinha was in his way to Barabanki to Gorakhpur when we met with an accident.

According to the source, “Minister was heading to Kushinagar for an event where he met with an accident. Accident caused minor injuries to him and fracture in his left arm.”

Incident took place when State Minister of Railway was moving towards the Kushinagar after a halt at Gorakhpur Railway VVIP guest house. All the Escort Cars were traveling in a sequence when suddenly a biker came across in a dark, in order to save biker driver applied emergency brake while Minister's car hit it from behind.

After an accident, Sinha was taken to the hospital late on Friday.

A senior officer of North Eastern Railways (NER) Sanjay Yadav informed that Sinha had a fracture between his left arm and elbow, he will be sent to the Delhi on Saturday for the surgery.
