The President Pranab Mukherjee was addressing the joint session in Parliament today before the beginning of Budget Session. While he was addressing the session, the MP E. Ahamed suffered from heart attack.
He is immediately taken to the Hospital where doctors are treating him. During Manmohan Singh Government, he has served as the Minister of State for External Affairs. The Minister is 78-year-old.
