Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally at Manipur, as three-phase of polls is still left. UP election poll's result will be announced on 11th of March, which will take any one party to the government's seat.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today thanked the people of Manipur for their love, he said, "I can't complain but only thank you for the love". 

PM Modi, while talking about the development of the Manipur said, "Congress is in power for the last 15 years in Manipur but it has not done anything to develop the state."

Modi also assured voters to develop Manipur in just 15 months if Manipuri citizens supported Bharatiya Janata Party.
