The Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed a rally at the Meerut in Uttar Pradesh. PM Modi's address included many issues related to the nation, he made various promises to the citizens of UP saying that, BJP will strive to develop UP.

Here are the highlights of the PM Modi's rally:

 1. As during 1857 independence struggle began in Meerut, PM Modi said he is a fortunate step on the holy land of Uttar Pradesh.

2. Modi said that time we fought to remove British, this time we will fight to remove poverty.

3. Modi said, "Uttar Pradesh is the only state, which made me Prime Minister. is there any blot on Modi's name? Have I done anything that has harmed the nation, lowered its reputation?"

4. Do you remember the time when Congress were doing 'RathYatras' and abusing SP and now they are hand in hand?

5. Modi said, "BJP's fight is against SCAM. UP, do you want SCAM or BJP? SCAM or UP's progress? By scam I mean, S- Samajwadi(Party), C - Congress, A- Akhilesh (Yadav), M - Mayawati."

6. Congress don't want to save UP, rather they want to save their government.
