PM Modi's move for transparency- Your 'Mobile phone' is also a Bank

Bathinda: Today, PM Narendra Modi attended a public rally in Punjab, who is in the State to inaugurate an AIIMS hospital.

Some of the highlights of his speech includes:-

Technology is increasing and your ‘Mobile Phone’ can be your bank. It can be used for purchasing things, making payments, doing business.
We need top quality schools and hospitals as social infrastructure is must for development.
Pakistan was completely stunned by the surgical strikes, till now it has not been recovered from the shock.
As farmers must have sufficient water in the fields, so, water that belong to India should not be permitted to enter in Pakistan.
Elections do not matter for me. I am more concerned about the welfare of the farmers.
Middle class and Poor were robbed by the black money. I want to give them their rights.
