Oxford asked their students to use 'ze' word for the neutral gender instead of using 'he' or 'she', when addressing fellow students. Under Oxford University, it is considered as offend if you will use pronoun 'he' or 'she' for transgender.
Group of students claimed against the pronoun usage for transgender person; it tends to be conflicting when you use 'he' or 'she'. We cannot harm anybody's generality and transgender people have their own consideration, it is fine to use 'ze' as a transgender pronoun. Human rights campaigner and LGBT activist Peter Tatchell welcomed the notion adding “this issue isn't about being PC.”
