Reliance Jio has marked its arrival with the free data and services, which garnered many users for the new telecom section of Reliance. It was considered that the company will lose the customers after it will announce paid services.
But recently, a survey conducted by a brokerage firm Bernstein alleges that Jio will not lose its users, rather, people are impressed by its payable services and are planning to continue with it.
As per the reports, "We expected many people would appreciate the ‘free’ Jio offer but be critical regarding voice quality – with many likely to move back to their primary operator once they were forced to pay. What we see is the opposite."
Reports further stated, "Jio scores highest overall on customer loyalty and outscores the incumbents on customer service, convenience, data coverage, data speeds, and handset choice. They also outscored Vodafone and Idea in voice quality and voice coverage."
