New Delhi: The Supreme Court today refused the plea which challenged the Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav Government's Samajwadi pension scheme for the poor.
The bench led by the Chief Justice J S Khehar including Justices D Y Chandrachud and S K Kaul as per the sources news said that the scheme is meant for the poor.
The court was hearing the appeal filed by 'Hindu Front for Justice' against the Allahabad High Court order which did not find merit in the plea against the scheme.
