Bengaluru: A non-teaching staff member of a preschool sexually assaulted a three-year-old minor girl, as per revealed by police.
The incident, which occurred on Friday last, came to light when the child complained to her parents. She told her parents that the man, who is a supervisor at her school, misbehaved by touching her private parts, the police said as per the sources news.
The police filed a case under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) and IPC and then cussed have been arrested.
