New Delhi: Today, Supreme Court have asked the Central Government to give a detail reply in relation to the status of the appointment and transfer of the judges within the two weeks. The plea was filed by Lieutenant Colonel Anil Kabotra.
The Apex court today, is hearing various petitions and it is one amongst them. SC in relation to the case timely involves the centre into it.
The 77 files submitted by Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi to the government, 32 are cleared out and others are sent back to SC.
