New Delhi: The two persons have been arrested with three kilograms of heroin worth Rs 12 crore here as per said by the police. They have been arrested from a hotel in Mahipalpur.

Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, DCP as per the sources news said "It has been found that they are members of a big international narcotic drug cartel being run byShahyar alias Haidi, a Manipur-based drug supplier"

He further said that "Hefajuddin had brought heroin to Delhi from Manipur by air yesterday. The drugs were wrapped in thick layers of carbon papers to avoid detection by scanners,"
