On Friday, a 10-year-old football player died of a heart attack during a match at a local ground. It is being told that Tauheed Rahim (aged 10 years) was playing for the local FC Dash in the Uskakura area of Baramulla district. He scored a goal on the opposing team and suddenly after that, he fell on the field. The fellow players tried to bring him to his senses, but seeing the seriousness of the situation, he was immediately taken to the hospital by then he had died. The people there told in this regard that Tauheed, who lived in the Udhkura region, was very famous locally. His performance in his age group was quite tremendous. People further said that they lost a big player of the future. Meanwhile, the J&K Football Association has mourned Tauheed's death. In this regard, the President of J&K Football Association has said, "In the morning this morning, a great footballer of the future was lost in the state. May Allah give his family the power to bear this irreparable loss."
