New Delhi: On Wednesday, the top court will go on with its hearing on the Hindutva case which concerns with electoral malpractice begining out of its 1995 verdict. Yesterday, the Supreme Court announced that, “it won't reconsider 1995 judgment which defined Hindutva as - a way of life and not a religion.” Social activist Teesta Setalvad filed an application in which she alleged the Constitutional bench to reappraise the 1995 verdict.
