In his statement, the tourism minister of the state Gautam Deb said that the Chief Minister has taken all initiatives to bring back the students trapped in Kota. He contacted the Chief Minister of Rajasthan. A total of 2300 students have come back from West Bengal to Kota through 84 buses. He said that the Home Ministry had on Wednesday granted permission for the movement of stranded people including migrant labourers, students, tourists. This step has been taken after this.
