Kerala govt celebrates 'Bakrid,' 3000, corona cases increased in 3 days

Kochi: Eid-ul-Adha is being celebrated across the country today (July 21). In this case, the infection of coronavirus can increase further. Especially in a region like Kerala where corona infection is steadily increasing as compared to other States. The ruling Communist Party of India (MA) (CPIM) has once again registered 17,000 new Covid-19 cases in the state. Corona cases may increase further in the next two days as lockdown is spared in Kerala. State that 13,956 new corona cases were registered in Kerala on Sunday (July 18) before the exemption.

Tell you that Maharashtra, as well as Kerala, have been one of the worst corona-affected states since the corona epidemic hit the country in 2020. At present, Kerala is the only state in the entire country where the highest number of new cases of corona infection is coming up. India is reeling under the second wave of the corona. The Modi government is making several efforts on a war footing to deal with it, but due to the arbitrary attitude of the Kerala government, the cases of infection are increasing rapidly.

The state government allowed the Muslim community to celebrate Bakrid even after they were unable to deal with the growing corona infection in Kerala. They relaxed the lockdown for three days from July 18 to July 21. The Kerala government had declared a discount for Bakrid at a press conference held on July 17.
