Now the police are trying to find out who was present in the close friend circle of the student by interrogating the girls studying with her in the school.
According to the police, a complaint was received on Saturday that a minor girl studying in class 8 in a prestigious school in the city left home to appear for the annual examination, but did not return. Anticipating the incident, the family members rushed to Kotwali with the hope of help in finding the girl, where the police lodged a complaint and started searching for the girl.
In the case of the girl's disappearance, the police have started scanning the WhatsApp chats of her mobile for initial action. When the police started the action by calling a friend of the girl on the basis of the WhatsApp chat, the girl's friend started crying after seeing the chat with other boys. The CDR report found 36 numbers that had been long chatted till 2 p.m. One by one, all these numbers were also blocked. The police are interrogating the boys who were recently spoken to.
In the midst of the action, a student was found who has said in the interrogation that he also wanted the student and used to help her financially. He didn't know that the girl used to talk to many boys. After telling so much, he started crying. The policemen calmed him down. According to reports, the girl was bought a mobile phone by her family members to study online in the Covid period. The student left her smartphone at home before leaving the house and has fled with her Facebook friend. However, before leaving, she told her friend the whole thing. The police are also trying to contact people connected with the rest of the block numbers. The missing girl, who was studying in class 8, had left home on the pretext of giving her annual examination but she did not reach the school.
