Baloda Bazar: A shameful incident of rape of a minor has come to light from Baloda Bazar district of Chhattisgarh. A 13-year-old girl was gang-raped several times by two men, including a 76-year-old man, after being lured to pay Rs 10. Police have arrested both the criminals. According to the initial investigation, an officer from Baloda Bazar Kotwali police station said that the minor was raped several times by the criminals before the incident came to light on Saturday. A woman reported this incident of rape. The woman saw the girl coming out of the criminals' house. The woman then reported the matter to her family members. After the girl narrated her ordeal, her parents filed a case. Subsequently, police registered a case against the culprits on the complaint of the victim's parents. Kotwali police station SHO Yadumani Sidar said the culprits Kunjram Verma (76) and Ramesh Verma (47) were arrested on Sunday. According to the complaint lodged with the same police, Kunjram lives in the same area where the victim girl lives. He used to call the minor girl and rape her in his house by luring her to pay Rs 10 every time. The police officer said that after this, Kunjram's friend Ramesh also sexually assaulted the girl by luring her with money. The police are now investigating the case further.
