Meeting with parents to know about Kovid-19: State Government

Hyderabad: The state government has issued guidelines to the school principals to implement the child health scheme. Under this, the schoolmanagement committee is asked to convene a meeting with parents before opening schools. In this, all parents should be educated about kovid-19, immunity development, mental health and hygiene, physical disturbances and precautions to be taken. Also, all should be asked to download the Arogya Sethu app.

Schools are going to open in the state from February 1. These guidelines have been issued for this purpose. Students should be regularly arranged for health checkups in schools. Contact the nearest PHCs phone numbers and other reliable medical facilities for medical assistance and emergency situations with the principals.

In addition, each school should be excluded from students with Kovid-19 characteristics. If the child has kovid-19 symptoms, contact the parents, in addition, with proper management, there are transport ation arrangements to send the child back to their residence.

Additionally, it may be suggested to include arts and health activities in the time table to make children stress free. Mental math games, word infinite, etc. can be included and music and dance activities should be performed in classrooms.

Practice physical yoga to ensure the comfort of the students and ensure the mental health of the children.
