Begusarai: The incident of rape of a minor girl has come to light in Begusarai, Bihar. Two minor boys have been accused of rape. In this case, the police have caught one criminal boy, while the other is still absconding. The matter is of Cheria Bariarpur police station area.
According to the information received from the police, on the evening of April 3, when the girl was going from her aunt's house to her house, two neighboring boys closed her mouth and forcefully took her to the field. There they both raped and beat her. When the girl raised an alarm, her uncle reached there. Seeing the boy's uncle, the criminals fled from the spot. The girl lying in the same injured condition was immediately taken to the private hospital by her uncle.
After this case, an attempt was made to suppress this matter at the social level and Panchayat was done. Thereafter, on the evening of April 6, the criminals also threatened the victim's family, after which, the girl lodged an FIR against both the criminal boys at the Cheria Bariarpur police station. At the same time, the victim has been brought to Sadar Hospital for medical test. Sub Inspector Khushboo Kumari of Cheria Bariarpur police station said that the girl accused two boys of rape, after which, one has been apprehended and is being interrogated. A case has been registered in this case under rape and POCSO Act.
